
About the Gateway Partnership
for Early Childhood
Gateway Partnership for Early Childhood serves Jefferson, Gilpin, and Clear Creek counties. Our mission is to partner with families, providers, and community leaders to create accessible, equitable early childhood experiences and systems across Jefferson, Gilpin, and Clear Creek counties.
Our approach is to celebrate the dignity of all people. We collaborate with partners to ensure families with young children can access the support they need, when they need it, and in the way that makes sense for them.

Meet Our Team
From Left:
Quality Support Specialist, Izzy Denning – Coordinates onboarding and participation activities for early childhood providers engaged in quality improvement, professional development, and provider support initiatives.
Early Childhood Navigation Specialist, Kat Altieri – Supports childcare providers, families, and community partners by coordinating outreach, navigation, technical assistance, and referral services across the early childhood system.
Early Childhood Supervisor, Jennifer Anton – Provides oversight and direction for day-to-day operations of the Gateway Partnership for Early Childhood, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, grant deliverables, and community needs.
Quality Improvement Lead, Cecy Carballo – Leads quality improvement strategy, provider coaching, and recruitment efforts that help early childhood providers advance quality, sustainability, and participation in Colorado early childhood systems.
Early Childhood Community Lead, Amber Troutman – Supports families, providers, and partners across the mountain communities of Western Jefferson, Clear Creek and Gilpin counties. Leads local engagement and coordination efforts connected to the Bright Futures Roadmap initiative in the mountains.
